And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, We would have seized him by the right hand; Then We would have cut from him the aorta. (69:44-46.)
Narrated ‘Aisha: The Prophet in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O ‘Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my AORTA is being cut from that poison.”

First , Muhammad (PBUH) Is saying that HE IS FEELING AS IF HIS AORTA WAS BEING CUT. Which is enough to prove That Muhammad was Not A False prophet.
Eg. STATEMENT: David Wood Is going to Cry when Sam Shamson loses a Debate
Sentence: Sam Shamson lost a Debate and David Wood was feeling very sad.
Conclusion: David wood was Crying.
What guarantee you have That When David Wood was Very Sad he was Crying? Maybe, He was just showing An unhappy Face or became very angry With Sam Shamson, Right ?

The ARABIC Word FOR AORTA in The
Holy Qur'an (69:44-46)

IS Not the same word and dosen't means The same Thing.
The word translated as "aorta" in The Holy Qur'an (69:46)is
AL-WATEEN, while the word used in the hadith literature is
AL-ABHAR, there is a difference in meaning between these words in the Arabic language.
Az-Zubaydee in his famous Arabic dictionary Taaj al-'Aroos min Jawaahir Al-Qaamoos cites the scholar Ibn Athir as saying:
The Abhar is a vein that originates from the head and extends to the feet.
He then proceeds to say after assigning names to specific veins and their respective locations in the human body:
And it extends to the back and is called al-wateen.
So here we observe that al-wateen is actually a part of al-abhar. This is why al-wateen is sometimes used synonymously with al-abhar in some dictionaries. It is because al-wateen is a part of al-abhar, however likewise can't be said vice versa, for Al-abhar doesn't necessarily refer to al-wateen.
